This 100,000 square foot, three-level, 300 space parking garage is located in downtown LaGrange, Georgia and serves as a cornerstone project for the City's Downtown Redevelopment efforts. The City had a fixed budget and needed a large number of spaces to accommodate their downtown redevelopment efforts, but also wanted to present the community with an aesthetically pleasing parking garage. LaGrange has a unique and consistent architectural flavor which the City required the new deck to reflect. Inlay brick as well as arched openings and decorative railings were incorporated into the garage's design in order to complement the City's historical architectural style. The City received a final product that is not only a beautiful addition to the downtown infrastructure, but that was completed on-time and within budget.
